COVID had a significant impact on buyer behaviour, so we need to adapt to serving our clients in a more remote fashion.
I have so far had my team complete the SWISH 2-day Bootcamp and we've had private HIIT sessions with Ryan.
When we engaged SWISH, we were already in a solid position, but there is always room to improve.
Our key takeaways so far have been an ability to deal with inbound enquiries, as well as setting up the initial prospecting calls effectively enabling us to reduce sales cycles & increase conversions in general.
The importance of mindset & tone during the interactions was also a big highlight.
Without giving specific numbers, let's just say we have significantly increased our revenue, whilst assisting people to make decisions quicker because we now have a better understanding of how to overcome objections if they are even real in the first place.
The sales team by far have more confidence these days too.
What I really liked about Ryans training was that it is actionable, not theoretical, which we had come across before and this definitely wasn't textbook training, but rather, real-life skills and you can see the SWISH team have been on the front line too.
I would recommend this to any business looking to grow, increase confidence and who are not content with where they're at sales-wise.
Our changes were immediate & the communication from the whole SWISH team was fantastic and made dealing with them nice and easy.
