After booking a HIIT session, but to prior it being executed, you will receive a discovery call, where a member of the SWISH growth team, will ensure we find out as much as possible about your profession, the challenges you are experiencing and the goals or ambitions you have moving forward whilst completing a full business diagnostic.
Upon completion of the diagnostic, we will allow you to choose from a wide range of subjects that we can educate you on in accordance with what we have discovered about you and your role or business.
