Together with Geoff Morgan, Andrew Banks has authored four books on recruiting. He currently works in their investment company, Morgan & Banks Investments, which has a wide range of interests including property development and operating businesses, as well as being a major shareholder and director of Talent2 International (TWO), a publicly traded company on the ASX, which focuses on Executive Search and Selection, Workforce Management and Human Capital Outsourcing

Ryan Tuckwood
Founder Of SWISH Sales Coaching

After over a decade in the world of sales, Ryan now dedicates his life to showing sales professionals, entrepreneurs & business owners a more ethical, authentic, and relationship-driven approach to selling called SWISH.
Selling With Integrity & Selling Honestly.

A proudΒ father of 2 boys, Maverick & Foxx, multiple business owner, advisor, investor, and speaker, his passion isΒ helping anyone looking to understand how to communicate the value of what they offer more effectively, efficiently, and with integrity.

After 8 years as an engineer in the UK before moving to Australia as a backpacker in 2010, he, quite frankly was failing in sales.

Finding his crisis point whilst sleeping on a bathroom floor with just 31 cents to his name, it was time to figure things out or go home.
He became fanatically obsessed with everything from sales, body language, behavioral science, emotional intelligence, NLP, or simply anything based on the psychology of what inspires human beings to take action.

Through experiences, good and bad, plus the findings of these studies, SWISH was formed in 2014 as a revolutionary sales methodology designed to have relationships at the centre of the sales process.

Alongside his company, SWISH Sales Coaching, he has now coached over 14,500 clients globally, across all industries, including B2B, B2C, Government, NFP, building out sales processes and coaching sales teams and leaders, to refine, define and maximize their sales approach.

In 2018 alongside ex-business partner, Jack Corbett, Ryan was successful on the TV show Shark Tank Australia, securing investment from Dr Glen Richards, Steve Baxter & Andrew Banks, who are still with the business to this day, with Ryan now coaching many of their portfolio of companies. With their guidance, Ryan created what is widely known as the world’s best practice, online sales training,Β 

The SWISH Academy.

With a keen eye for fashion, and owning his own made-to-measure menswear label, he’s known to wear a crazy suit from time to time, and loves football (soccer – Leicester City).

In April 2021, Ryan was truly humbled & honored to be awarded the prestigious Distinguished Talent Visa as part of the Australian government’s Global Talent Program, providing him with permanent residency in this fantastic country.

Most recently he spent 5 Days on Necker Island with Sir Richard Branson as the only representative of Australia, from 40 entrepreneurs selected from around the world.

Will this be a big sales pitch?

Absolutely NOT!!!

As a reminder, our mission is to CHANGE THE PERCEPTION of sales and salespeople globally, so, a 2-day sales pitch would not be doing that.

You are all adults, if you like what you see, come and ask us about other services or simply check out our website.Β Β

Can I upgrade my ticket later?

In short, yes, you will just pay the difference.

However, that will of course be dependent upon availability and you will pay the difference up to the ‘current’ price point, as we will work through Super Early Bird/Early Bird and Door Pricing Releases.

What is your refund policy?

All ticket sales are final and no refunds will be offered for a change of mind/circumstance.

However, if you want to change the name on the ticket, or gift it to someone else, please contact us at support@swishsalescoaching.com and we will of course, accommodate.

Can I come if I’m not in a direct sales role?
 
Absolutely. 
Over the last 10 years, we’ve learned to recognise that communication is the key to opening every door and is beneficial to every department.
 
Your ability to articulate value in yourself, your company or your product is valuable to all. 
 
In fact, 32% of SWISH members are NOT in a direct sales role.
They are in a range of different roles, including: HR, Leadership & Management, Administration, Reception, Customer Service, and more.
 
I’m a small business owner and saw you work with big corporates, am I too small to attend?
 
Not at all. 
Yes, we coach some of the largest companies globally, but we have never lost sight of the SME’s, Sole Traders or Contractors.
 
This conference has been designed to touch businesses of all sizes and industries because we have such a broad spectrum of speakers.
 
There will be individual sales reps there and also, whole teams from companies, so there really is something for everyone.
 

Is the event catered?

The Diamond and Platinum ticket holders will have catering for both days, yes.

For everyone else, we will provide options around the venue for you to get food and beverages each day.

The Gold Coast Conference & Exhibition Centre was designed with accessibility in mind.

Undercover car spaces are available for short-term parking, including two EV chargers.
A daily $15 inclusive of GST flat rate is charged for parking at the Centre.
